“Air Unlimited was readily available and came promptly. Found small coolant line leak outside and fixed it. That was not the main problem. After much assessment and diagnosis, they told me it was a bad valve at the compressor and recommended I call a dealer for the brand because it should be warranty. I called the installing company. A couple questions and they pinpointed the real problem as the inside valve in the coolant line. They sent a repairman that replaced the valve in a few minutes, checked everything, and was fine. It cools our house perfectly. In this case, experts on my brand were much more successful.”
